RITOO GORAYA

FOUNDER

Ritoo completed her Master’s in Speech Pathology in 2017 at Griffith University in Gold Coast, Australia. Upon returning home to British Columbia, she began her career in the public healthcare system, delivering communication and dysphagia services across acute care and rehabilitation settings. Her clinical experience spans a wide range of adult populations, including individuals recovering from stroke and brain injury, those living with progressive neurological conditions, and patients with complex critical care needs.

Throughout her career, Ritoo has also dedicated many years to training and mentoring new graduates and colleagues, helping them develop advanced skills in specialized areas of communication and swallowing care. She is known for her supportive teaching approach and passion for elevating clinical practice within her teams.

Ritoo now brings this extensive expertise into the private sector, where she works with both children and adults to support their communication and swallowing goals.

Outside of her clinical work, Ritoo is a dedicated foodie, loves spending time by the water, and enjoys being with her family and friends.
